Mountain Top may use the personal information that You have provide to: (a) respond to questions or comments; (b) provide support; and (c) to send You information, periodically, regarding Mountain Top. In addition, Mountain Top may file Your questions or comments for future reference.

Mountain Top may permit Our third-party agents, service providers and subcontractors to access personal information, but they are only permitted to do so in connection with performing services for Us and/or to operate the Site and/or Network. Credit Card Transactions: Mountain Top utilizes third party service providers to provide credit card payment processing services. If You choose to make a payment by and through the Site, the payment information provided will either be collected directly by such third party service provider(s), or Mountain Top will share that payment information with Our contracted third party service provider(s). Mountain Top requires that its third party payment processing service provider(s) has/have in place privacy policies and practices consistent with this Privacy Policy; provided, however, that Mountain Top cannot guarantee the privacy practices of our third party payment processing service provider(s).

Cookies: When an end-user visits the Site, Mountain Top sends one (1) or more cookies and/or gif files (collectively, “Cookies”) to assign an anonymous, unique identifier to the applicable end-user’s computer or other device. Security: The privacy of Your personal information is very important and as such Mountain Top endeavor to safeguard and protect our User’s personal information. When Users make personal information available to Us, their personal information is protected both online and offline (to the extent that We maintain any personal information offline). When our registration process asks end-users to submit sensitive information (such as credit card information), and when We transmit such sensitive information, that sensitive information is encrypted and is protected.

Access to Your personal information is strictly limited, and Mountain Top takes reasonable measures to ensure that personal information is not accessible to the public. The servers that store personal information in are kept in a secure physical environment.

However, Mountain Top may charge a different price or rate, or offer a different level or quality of good or service, to the extent that doing so is reasonably related to the value of the applicable data. In addition, Mountain Top may offer financial incentives for the collection, sale and retention and use of personal information as permitted by the CCPA that can, without limitation, result in reasonably different prices, rates, or quality levels.
